- What is the territory cover by the PetsPlace.com.my ?
We deliver to all places in West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, we will only
be able to deliver products that are generally less than 2 Kg such as Dog
Training Products, Dog Food Supplements, Dog Apparel, Dog Treats, Key
Chains, Dog Tag, Books, Toys, Ribbons,.....
- What is the shipping charges that I have to incur ?
We offer free shipping for purchases that exceed RM 180.00. For purchases
that is less than RM 180.00 in total, there is a shipping charges of
RM 5.50 only.
- Is the online transaction secure ?
Yes. When you checkout from the shopping cart, you can select payment
gateway offer by iPay88 or PayPal. Either way, you will only key in your
credit card information on the secure SSL page provided by Payment Gateway
Provider where information that you key will be fully encrypted. You will be
able to see a LOCK sign on the status bar of your Internet browser.
- If I choose PayPal for payment, in what currency will be payment is
made ?
If PayPal is choosen, the total amount will be converted automatically to
USD so that I can proceed to pay via PayPal in USD.
- Do you accept cheque payment ?
Basically, the products on the site can only be purchased and paid online
using VISA Card, MasterCard, Maybank2U, RHB Online, PosPay, Hong Leong
Online, Alliance Online and Mobile Money. You will not be able to
complete the transaction without choosing a payment gateway.
If you wish to payment via cheque, you will have to follow the procedure
below:-
- Email us the list of products that you wish to purchase.
- We will reply you with the total amount payable.
- You will need to pay us via cheque by either sending us the cheque or
deposit it into our MBB Account No. 514383 511398 and then fax the
deposit slip to us to +603.42978254.
- Once payment is cleared, we will deliver the products.
- Can I purchase the good without going through the online catalogue ?
You can contact our office at +603.42977577 and inform us the item you wish
to purchase. From there, we will inform you the amount the you need to pay
and payment can be made via Bank Deposit into our account. Once payment is
made, we will proceed to make arrangement for delivery.
- Will I will be able to view the total Shipping Charges when I checkout
?
Yes
- How soon can I expect the goods after I purchased online ?
The goods will be delivered within 5 days from the date of your order. In
the event that some of the products that you have purchased run out of
stock, we will contact you to inform you the new delivery schedule and have
your confirmation to proceed with the purchase.
- How will the purchased items be delivered ?
Depending on the weight, size and location of delivery, we will use either
courier services, Pos Laju, our delivery van or third party transport
services to deliver your goods.
